Tiger Woods 'affair' hostess to speak out
A press conference is to be held by a New York nightclub hostess about her relationship with golfer Tiger Woods, following his involvement in a car crash.
Questions about Woods' involvement with Rachel Uchitel were raised after the golfer crashed his car into a fire hydrant and tree outside his home in Florida
An affair was denied by the hostess, but Woods, 33, released a statement talking about "personal sins" and the exposure of "intimate details" about his life, and apologised to his family.
Now her lawyer Gloria Allred has said she will "make a statement about Ms Uchitel's relationship with Tiger Woods" at a press conference in Los Angeles
Following the crash, American magazine Us Weekly reported that a waitress in Los Angeles had had an affair with the golfer, lasting 31 months. The report was accompanied by a voicemail message said to be from Woods, left on her phone three days before his crash.
Waitress Jaimee Grubbs, who provided the voicemail, said she met Woods two months before his wife Elin Nordegren was to give birth to their first child.
