While Zane is on holiday the guests confirmed over the four-night period – from Monday 11 to Thursday 14 January 2010 (7.00-9.00pm) – are Dizzee Rascal, Florence Welch (Florence & The Machine), Lostprophets and the cast of hit TV show The Inbetweeners.

Alongside regular features, including Hottest Record In The World, the guest presenters will be given the opportunity to programme their own shows, picking new and old influences for their playlists, making each show distinctive in its content.

The line-up:

    * Monday 11 January: Dizzee Rascal
    * Tuesday 12 January: Florence Welch
    * Wednesday 13 January: Lostprophets
    * Thursday 14 January: cast of The Inbetweeners

Each of the takeovers will have on-air guidance from Radio 1 DJ Huw Stephens.

Huw says: "Expect brilliant new bands, banging beats, riffs and a few surprises, and with Florence, Dizzee Rascal, Lostprophets and the cast of Inbetweeners in, we'll get to know more about them and the music they love too!"

Zane Lowe returns on Monday 18 January.

Listen to BBC Radio 1 via FM, DAB digital radio, digital TV and online.
