He went to musical theatre school but didn’t like it as he felt he was more of a free spirit and being there was like being in a bubble.

He’s been in many boybands over the years – some credible and some cheesy.  He’s bored of artists that are just ‘good singers’ and thinks his writing abilities make him stand out.  He really likes Mark Ronson and NeYo for this reason as they perform and write.

He used to dance at Pasha nightclub whilst at university – he reckons no boys on The X Factor have ever danced like he can.

He hosts a karaoke night in London each Thursday and won Pub Stars in Hammersmith in 2005 and won £2000.

People in UK have no taste in music! Go on and keep listening to your talentless Cheryl Cole and keep supporting your idiots John and Edward. While you do that, recording labels in US - the place where talents are recognized, are compteting for a chance to sign Danyl. He is the next international star, his albums will make # 1 in world charts and your stupid x factor winner - lil disney joe, awkward wooden stick stacey or silly embarrassing olly will fade away the minute after the final is over. Because Danyl will take over with his hits!

danyl needs to dance as well as sing, because hes realy good at it! i think he is the best in the competition!!!!!
