Michael Jackson's death has now been ruled as homicide. A Los Angeles County Coroner has said that the reasons are due to intoxication by anaesthetic.

When Jackson died his body had high levels of propofol and other cocktails of prescription drugs, however this was already shown in the County Coroners reports.

No one has been named as a suspect however it could lead to possible criminal charges against Michael Jackson's doctor Dr. Conrad Murray.

Dr Murray has always denied being involved in anything that caused the singers death.

Jackson died at his LA home in June at the age of 50. He is due to be buried later this month.
